The glass broke, he lost his balance and fell on top of coffee cup rack, which were stacked 2 or 3 feet high. Supervisor and security were called to the scene. After he fell he could not move and was wheelchaired into the medical dept. X rays were taken. He was given a few days of rest. He was taken to St. Thomas. Doctor told him that he needed an MRI. Next he went to Barbados and was given P/T, no tests. Then they decided to keep him and do an MRI in Barbados. After this he was sent home, saw a doctor who took new MRI films and confirmed that he had Disc Hernia at L-5 S-1. Surgery was performed and he got the best possible care.
