Nothing in this site is intended to create an attorney – client
relationship, and viewing, relying upon or responding to anything in this

signature of a written agreement for representation is an attorney –
client relationship created, and only after signature of an agreement
is there any commitment on the part of anyone connected with this site
for representation. The terms and conditions of such representation, including
specifically the right to withdraw such representation, are only as set

If you are interested in having Crewmember Advocacy Center represent
you in a legal matter, the best way to initiate possible representation
is to call the Client Services Department @ (954) 759-9994. They will
arrange to have you go through our conflict of interest procedures and
following that put you directly in touch with the attorney and practice
team best suited to handle the matter. You may also communicate with the
Client Services Department by e-mail through the link located in the "Contact
Us" section of this Website. Please do not send us any confidential
information until after you have received from us a written statement
that we represent you in that matter (an "engagement letter").
If you communicate with us through this Website, by e-mail or otherwise
concerning a legal matter for which we do not already represent you, your
communication may not be treated as privileged or confidential. While
attorney-client communications that would be privileged if communicated
in traditional fashion should not lose their privileged character when
communicated without encryption via the internet, encryption protocols
supported by Crewmember Advocacy Center are available upon request to
clients that desire them for especially sensitive communications.
Hiring a lawyer is an important decision that should not be based solely
upon written information about our qualifications and experience. Crewmember
Advocacy Center has endeavored to comply with all known legal and ethical
requirements in compiling this Website. In some jurisdictions this Website
may be considered advertising. Crewmember Advocacy Center does not desire
to represent clients based upon their review of portions of this Website
that may not comply with legal or ethical requirements.
